Warranty Exclusions
To help clarify warranty coverage, the following situations are not included under our limited warranty policy.
- Damage caused by exceeding the specified weight limit for your model.
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external events.
- Damage caused by improper use, handling, storage, or operation.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or the installation of non-Forcemech parts.
- Consumables such as cushions, tires, and bearings are not covered.
- Routine maintenance, adjustments, and general service are not covered.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
